Dear friends, you need to have someone in your company who actually cares to correct the mess that is your phone service renewal over the phone. #877-430-2355. The ai is terrible. It's defective. The old system was better. This one cuts out. It tells you that it didn't hear you. When you recite fifteen numbers, it tells you that you said sixteen numbers. Please care enough to correct the problem. I really like straight talk. I have never had a dropped call. Sometimes, trying to make something better only makes it worse. Take care and have a blessed day
