I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A27 and a 2-year added protection plan in December 2024. The phone stopped holding a charge and it's used for my business. I was told by numerous customer service reps that I have to mail in my current one and then they will ship my new replacement after the old one is received. So no phone to use up to two weeks. I have never heard of this from any cellphone carrier and would not have purchased anything from them had i known of these ridiculous policies. I can't be without a phone for 2 hours much less two weeks. I want my replacement phone covered by warranty and I will then send the broken one back. I have wasted hours upon hours trying to resolve this with no progress,
Claimed loss: over $100 for cost of phone that doesnt work, weeks of service, jobs that havent been able to reach me, my time trying to resolve this
Desired outcome: Refund or replace unit immediately
