In short - I misplaced my straighttalk phone, bought the identicle phone again and wanted straight talk to transfer the information from the misplaced phone onto the new one as the old phone was still active. First up they claimed that my details, email address password, pin number, were wrong which they wern't. Finally convinved them that I was who I said I was and that the phone was mine. The individual I was speaking with finally told my wife that he had transferred everything onto the new phone and corrected my account details.
A week later, when the phone needed to be refilled, I tried logging into my account so I could do what I always did, refilled my phone off of the computer just to be told that all of my details were wrong and to reset my password by clicking on the forgotten password button. An email containing a link for me to reset my password was suppose to be sent - that was a few weeks ago and am still waiting for them.
Bottom line here is this - some so called customer support individual screwed up transferring the details from one phone to the next and failed to correct my account detaoils like he claimed to have done. I now have a phone that I can't access via my account because straight talk has changed those details and failed to inform me.
This mob are the most apathetic and incompetent mob I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their customer service/terch support obvious don't know what they are doing and refuse to put you through to anyone that might know what they are doing.
Claimed loss: The cost of a brand new Samsung Galaxy A15 phone, $35 monthly plan card and a heap of inconveinience .
Desired outcome: A refund of $150 to cover the above or I will go to the small claims court (with a lawyer) as well as the media.

Basically, my complaint is similar to the majority of every other complaint submitted by ripped of customers - no customer service, no accountability, noone speaks fluent or even clear english, email address' as listed on this site are invalid and are returned as "undeliverable".
How on earth Complaints Board can consider them reliable and trustworthy with high standards is beyond me or has no concept of what those wordfs really mean.
