Transferred number to a new phone and it didn't transfer. I was told it could take 24 hours to transfer and to keep turning the phone off. After doing that it didn't work. I contacted customer service and they couldn't figure it out. Finally after a couple days and several hours of waiting and talking I got someone who seemed to be able to help however she said she needed to text or email me for verification and well they shut my main phone off so texting is out and I told them I don't remember my email that I used 14 years ago when I set up the account. We then moved to my pin which none worked so she asked my security question and that is incorrect. I don't know what else to do and I had just bought a $230 6 month plan which started on 6-6 and still have no phone.
