Have had new phone a week and a half, was told by tech could buy and keep old number. He assigned a temp number, said in app I could reassign my old number too it plus add that line to my current phone plan. Have since spent hours on call with service tech who Disconnected new phone, said a rep/agent would call me next day and since then nothing. I've been in 6+ different chats who kept flipping me to different agents and NOONE has resolved this. Apparently cricket to straihhttalk isnt doable? I Need thos figured out
Claimed loss: Charged for 2 different activation cards, 1 silver 45 and 1 gold 55 card. No service. No help. No contact. Waste of so much of my time
