I earned points via pay for service for one year get $200 worth of points. I chose to get a phone for granddaughter.
Well, as you would expect, the phone was damaged. I sent it back with me printing the pickup with ups.
This was dec 7 2025. Well its been 2 weeks and the reason they said they have not mailed me a replacement was because they didn't have it in black? Like what other color did they offer... But wait, here's the kicker... You can order a black phone!
I was so frustrated that I want to save others from the emense frustration with having to deal with straight talk. Even if you have all the information, they can not help you... You will be on the phone for hours!... Take me at my word... Hours! Save your sanity and shop elsewhere!
Recommendation: PLEASE SAVE YOUR SANITY, BUT FROM ANOTHER PHONE SERVICE THATS HAS DECENT CUSTOMER SERIVCE AND DOESN'T KEEP YOU ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS, WHEN AN ISSUE ARRISES.
