had a very frustrating experience with Straight Talk customer service. The representative was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in helping resolve my issue. Instead of assisting me, they hung up on me mid-conversation.
This is unacceptable behavior, especially for a customer seeking help. I expect basic respect and professionalism, neither of which I received. Based on this experience, I am very disappointed with Straight Talk’s customer service.
Recommendation: DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
