The service is amazing! I've been a customer for over 4 years. Customer service is outsourced, and nobody speaks English (at least very strong accents). I ordered a new phone and paid for it. Guaranteed 3-5 business day delivery. I started calling after 6 days and was told it was on the way. Called back and was told it was backordered. Called back and call was disconnected. EACH time I asked for a supervisor. Arranged a call back time and nobody ever called. Now I just want a refund and I'm switching to Mint Mobil.

Recommendation: stay away
