Stop & Shop review: Food delivery fail

I am disabled and have used stop and shop for grocery delivery for awhile now. This weekend I placed an order which never came. When I called customer service they claimed a knock was unanswered, so they took groceries back. My husband checked our security cameras ands no one had come. They lied... Why? I hope they will not charge me for an attempted delivery!

Desired outcome: Apology and no charge.
