I ordered a veggie burger as a vegetarian. Order number was 577. I was given a beef burger instead. Raised the issue with the cashier and she was very rude. She said the order states beef though I had specifically ordered veggie. Had to wait another 15 minutes while they prepared the correct order. When it came, the order was literally shoved in my direction and she simply walked away. No apology for the initial wrong order and for the delay. Will NEVER go there again. EVER.

Why are you so sure I was rude as well? I have no time & energy to be rude. Do you work there to know about it being a 'simple mistake'? I thought decent, service oriented people apologize for "simple mistakes".
