Steers review: Bad service

Very disappointed about the service, really unhappy. They need to do better. Went to steers at [protected]@carnival and wow. We have never been so disrespected like that..we waited close to 20min in the drive thru and we were the second car when we arrived..stood at the ordering booth, waiting for them to take our order and nothing. We called out but nothing then we decided to go to the pay window disaster.. the lady gave us so much attitude, telling us that her microphone headsets are not working and it’s not her fault that we stood there for that long. No apology or nothing instead she was super rude..ended up leaving without ordering anything.
