Mount Edgecombe. Cup not full of ice cream. Upon requesting more we were refused. We use this franchise at least once a week and feel we deserve what we are paying for. Your ice cream advert shows a different image to what we were presented with. The manager looked on and said nothing and from previous experience we know it's a waste of time talking to him.
delayed orders/ lack of care from staff/ cold meals
To whom it may concern.
I recently just ordered a meal through the steers app from your Glenwood branch upon placing my order I had to wait 1 hour before my meal was delivered. The meal was cold the chips were stale. I have ordered from this outlet before and this isn't my first time receiving such poor service even the staff had a negative attitude towards me umpon placing a call to enquire further about my order.

On Friday the 23 August 2019 we ordered via the Uber Eat App. What a brilliant App and excellent service from them however as always Steers Eldoraign ( Saxby) again as always did not put the full order in the parcel upon collection. This is a very common thing that happens on a regular basis at the Steers in Eldoraign (Saxby) if you shop inside you have to check your parcel even though its been stapled you are FORCED to open the parcel and find AGAIN there are stuff missing that you have already paid for waited and then again have to wait again due to a lack of staff not taking responsibility for preparing the parcels as they are suppose too. I mean purchasing a cheese burger meal with chips only and they forget to put the chips in really that is shocking. I do not see the need for the Uber Eat drivers to open my parcels to check if my order is complete that is the duty of the staff at the store. If you do state to the staff /cashier there is stuff missing the disgusting attitude towards you as the paying customer is shocking like you owe them an apology to them or their colleagues however at the end of the day its not you as a customers that should feel you are sorry for complaining. This is a matter of every single time my family and I have experienced it and also standing in the shop seeing how frustrated customers come back due to the products they brought aren't in the parcel and to crown and top it all off them comes the frustrated Drivers back to the shop telling the staff "again your parcel is incomplete" and garunteed the poor driver got the crap out session from the customer who the food at to be dropped off at. AGAIN another delay!
I am truly disappointed in the service of this branch and its such a pitty that the service is so crappy that I would rather avoid my disappointment in the service and go to the next door Chinese restaurant or Nandoo's coz there I know my parcel ain't complete and then I'm actually wanting a King Steers Burger with you famous hand cut fries then I think to myself why put myself through that rude and in compitant staff.
I would please like to know what will done about this matter as my family and myself do love our Steers even though you are pricey but the service just puts you off completely.

I was a regular customer of steers lephalale but due to poor service I have stop ordering at steers
Recently (27 august) I have decided to order (delivery) again (order number [protected]) and it was again a bad service. 3 of the burgers was without garnish and the rediculously thick chocolate shakes tasted like water.
They did went back to fix like all other times but every time we as family have to eat seperate or some of us needs to eat cold food.
With basically all my previous orders I had to send them back to fix what is already placed on the order slips
I love steers but this is upsetting and I hope it can be resolved.

poor customer care and unfriendly service
I went to Steers in Walker Drive, Port Elizabeth on 27/08/2019 at 17h30. I placed an order for a full chicken, chips, rolls and salad; 3 Cheese Boy burgers and chips. First of all the assistant never greeted or smiled upon serving, and it is not as if the shop was full or anything.
On top of all that she did not know her menu as she said they do not have the chicken with chips, salad and rolls that I ordered upon which the other lady pointed out that it is on the menu. No apology followed for her not knowing and after getting my order, not a thank you or please call again or a smile came through at any stage.
When I mentioned that I will report the bad service she sarcastically called after me on my exit from the shop "NIGHT Mamma" as if I am her mother?
I was REALLY annoyed and irritated when I left the place and did not even feel like eating thereafter.
YOUR STAFF SHOULD BE TRAINED ON CUSTOMER CARE AND RETENTION.
Maybe take a few lessons from NANDO's as to how to treat customers...that's why they are always busy and making money as you feel you want to go back to the place.

I place a order online, when i get to the store my order was not ready i must wait... when i got home my sweet stix was hard as hell, oil bomb no one was abile to eat it. when i take the first bite my tooth brake... now that sweet stix cost me many because i must go to the denist now all because of your poor service and hard oil sweet stix... its very bad. you will hear from me agian after my visit at the denest
Hi, I just had a bite into your sweet stix and it honestly was a horrible experience. I bit into nothing but sugar. I could literally only feel and taste the sugar in my mouth. Why is that? Is it supposed to taste like that, if so then I really think that you'll should discontinue the selling of those stix immediately. It will have a very negative impact on our already bad health stats

I placed an order for delevery at 18:00. Food arrived 19:30 - ice cold! I also ordered a chocolate milkshake, when it areived with my cold food, it was like milk. No milkshake texture. This is unacceptable! I phoned the shop, the manager asked me what must he do, must he send me a new order and return the cold food. I said no, because I don't want to eat at 22:00. How can any manager send out food like this?

So on the 28th of June I bought 3 Mjojo meals from steers in Bronkhorstspruit. I asked them to upsize one of the fries cause I would have to share them with my son and they made me pay R4 extra. I got home and found 3 normal mjojo meals with no upsized chips. I called them to tell them about this and they apologized and asked me to come fetch a free pack of upsized fries. Imagine using R50 petrol to go and fetch a pack of fries! On the 12th of July I bought 2 Mjojo meals, one chicken and one beef and I also told them about the fries they were supposed to give me the last time and they said I would get an extra pack of small fries. I got home to find that my order was wrong, they gave me 2 beef instead of beef and chicken and that Extra pack of fries were no where to be found. It's the 9th of August today and I've been waiting for my burger for an hour now, I think they gave it to someone else cause people keep returning their orders. People who are number 328 are getting their orders and I'm number 306. How is that even possible, or ethical! I will surely be doing a follow up on this complaint

I visited steers bridge city today to purchase Wacky Wednesday burgers special my order number was 603 at 15:53 both burgers were chicken with cheese my number wasn't called out so I went to the lady to ask about it and she said the order is ready. I took it went home only to find out one burger is bitten. Now I'm stuck with these burgers and I can't feed my daughter something that's been eaten by someone I don't even know.

Very poor service at Steers @ Phillip Nel Park. I've made an online order on Sunday 04 Aug 2019 @ 17:18. I've waited until 19:00 and start phoning. Every time they said the driver is on his way. Hi my name is wayde and I bought an ice cream cup with the caramel dipping and I was charged for the cup and the sauce and the R18.90 but the sauce was only half and when I asked the lady am I being charged for a full sauce or half sauce she told the cashiers in her language to tell me just go and eat your ice cream .I told her that when I ask her something about the product that I'm buying she mustn't get stroppy and have an attuide with me because costumers are always right. Steers Broadacres simply do not answer there phones. The staff there simply unplug the phones or take them off the hook . Cant handle pressure of phones and walk in clients. Im addition can't order delivery as the license discs on all their scooters have expired so estate wont let them. Steers going same way as Telkom. Service sucks. Got my burgers elsewhere

I live 2km away from the Steers at Dawn Park. I ordered online for delivery at 6:30 PM. My order did not get delivered. At 8pm I took the liberty to go to the store to check on my delivery. I was told my order left the store hours ago. I am not pleased with the service of this store at all. As this is not the first time this incident has happened. The lady at the store refused to re do my order or let alone call the driver to check on my delivery. 3 hours later after my order I still do not have my order. This kind of service is truly not acceptable.

On 22 July we bought two king street burgers and a mega chips from our favorite take away for many years. Well the burgers was small and not nice. The chips was the worst ever. We order regularly feom steers in our hometown. The last 3 times we ordered we had to wait more than 1 hour for our delivery. Today, 26/7/2019, we ordered our food atv19:31, after waiting over an hour i decided to go and collect my order, because their phones go to voicemail, i arrived at the store to find that there is no customers im the store, but they havent even started to prepair my order.
This is very very bad service, and rather not advertise a service if you cant deliver.
I will not order from our local steers again.

It's worse that we fighting eskom as we don't have electricity for 4 day now then it gets worse I try to order food for my family online as it states 4× 100% patty cheeseboy snack burgers and 2 medium chips and 1 extra medium chips on to find out whn the order gets here there are only 2 burgers in the delivered order.
Then we try and call having to wait on the line and been cutted of. So il have to take out more money and buy food this is no service I expected hello Peter will sort this out for me if you'll done
