SteamGames.comfraudulent charge

I have 2 charges pending on my bank account each for $100! I am trying to get in touch with my bank to get them reversed and of course, they will. However, how is it that there are complaints going back to 2015 and this company is still in business and still fraudulently charging people for hundreds of dollars?!
The date of these charges was 9/4. The only way to contact Steamgames.com is online by filling out a form giving them more details. Clearly if you have a form for fraudulent charges then you have an issue that you need to fix!

    If you go to their site they have no other way to contact them other than to fill out a form giving them MORE personal information!!!

    Has anyone who’s gotten these fraudulent charges used Postmates around the same time??
