My order was never delivered from Steak and Shake at 820 Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd., Lawrenceville Ga 30043. This store is about a mile from me. The order was supposed to be delivered to me in 30 minutes. An hour later it still hadn't arrived. Then, the online restaurant site said "delivered" but it never was. My debit card was charged $18.19 on Saturday, June 22nd at 4:32 pm even though I had my card locked. Pending transactions can still post. The order was placed the day before on Thursday, June 20th. When I call the location, the employee hung up on me. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.
