10:15 pm June 19 2024 went through drive through ordered food was told to pull forward waiting on fresh fries. Food was brought out didn’t bring out shakes I went inside let them know about the missing milkshakes took 15 more min tires to get two shakes got to the car and the shakes were melted and milky and food was cold and didn’t provide the sauces that were paid for. Didn’t even eat my food it was rediculous to pay 30 dollars and people ca t do a simple job.

Claimed loss: Frisco combo large cheese fries and extra frisco sauce vanilla shake Number 2 large fry and cookies and cream shake
