Starbucksmobile ordering

This is the second time in one week I put a mobile order in through the app and my order was not received. I had to wait over 20 minutes both times and then finally ask what was going on. The first time they didn't receive mine and the ladies order next to me at all. The second time they received my drink information but not my food. I place an order on the a way to work so I don't have to wait. Both times I was 10 minutes late for work because of this. The employees are very helpful and nice but this is starting to get ridiculous. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks!
