Starbucks

Hi - I ordered this beverage today because it was featured on one of the drive through signs. When I got to the window the server said it was $6.15 I ordered a medium. I've ordered this beverage before and it wasn't that much. I spoke up and told the server I was being overcharged and he said it was because it was off the menu but they could still make it and that's the price the computer had and he couldn't override it! I had to pay! I would have never ordered it if I knew it was that much for a medium! And to top it off, it was lousy - not a full cup and luke warm!

Very dissatisfied with the service I got today
