Starbucks

I have always loved this Starbucks but recently have had several problems. On two occasions I have been given hot drinks when I carefully enunciated iced. This morning, I received a turkey bacon egg white sandwich that was still frozen in the middle and an iced psl that was extremely bitter and strong. They re-made the sandwich and offer to correct the drinks but I do not have time to wait for all of this every time I go. I leave frustrated after nearly every visit. The other location in the Northgate Kroger also has an issue with temperature and I always have to order hot drinks extra hot. I have recently been using Dunkin Donuts for coffee because I feel like I have less frustration and I save money at the same time.
