I went into your san francisco [ regular customer ] outlet at 66 kearny st. Around 2:pm today monday 11-04-19.. Ordered my usual, double espresso macchiatto, ' foam only '! Please... Was handed a ' latte ' instead.. Took drink back.. That same girl named mindy later went on break, came sat next to me and started popping her chewing gum extremely loudly. I asked her to please stop.. She continued even louder.. She wasn't eating or drinking.. Clearly a harassment [ a form of assault ] against me?!.. Kind of freaked me out.. I'm 72 years old and don't expect this from mindy ~ mandy or whatever her name.. She got a boy friend to make physical threats against me, so I left.. Wow! New management style from the new ceo?!
I went into the Starbucks on 66 Kearny st., at 2:00 PM Mon. 11 - 04 - 19 and ordered my usual.. Double Macchiato, dry [ foam only ] . Was handed a ' latte ' instead . Millennial woman named Mindy or Mandy I think ?.. made a macchiato this time.. I went and sat down.. She came over on break and proceeded to ' pop ' her chewing gum extremely loud ! I asked her to stop .. She ignored me.. any body with half a brain would see this as a form of customer harassment ( the new business model ? ..a new CEO now, so : ).. I complained again but.. Her male friend made a threat and so I left.. I think that your 66 Kearny St. Starbucks may be out of control ..
