I called these guys to get a new furnace and A/C installed
I called these guys to get a new furnace and A/C installed. They said they'd be there at 11, but the guy didn't show up until half an hour later. I had to bug them a bunch of times to get a quote emailed to me. They said it would take one day or two days to install. They came on Monday and took out my old furnace, but didn't finish the job. On Tuesday, one guy came for a bit and then left without telling me if he'd be back. I called the office and got a text saying he'd come back later, but he never did. I had to take two days off work and the job still wasn't done. The A/C isn't finished and the guy forgot to put in a refrigeration line dryer. The new furnace has glue all over it and is leaking condensate in four different places. It's a mess and it's only been installed for a little while. This job has been a total disaster.
