Oak Plumbing

We moved into our house on September 10, and had Oak Plumbing come out to rebuild a toilet about a week later. They sent out a plumber who didn't have much experience and he snaked our freestanding tub, which shouldn't have been done. A plumber should know better, right? Well, this caused a huge leak into our garage. Their manager, who works behind the scenes, kept dragging us along for weeks. They sent out more inexperienced plumbers who did nothing but reschedule for someone else to come to our house. Finally, they sent out a guy who realized that we needed to order a part that the snake damaged. The manager said he would take care of it, but he lied to my wife about the status of the order over and over again. She contacted the manufacturer of the part and explained that the manager could have ordered it at any time. She also mentioned that he had been dishonest about the status. That's when the manager offered us a refund. I would like to take him up on that, but he hasn't been communicating with us at all. It's been over a month now, and finally, someone from Oak Plumbing came out to fix the tub. But guess what? They still didn't seal it properly to the floor. At this point, I don't think Oak Plumbing can fix the mess they caused, and I want a refund.
