I ain't never gonna use Superior Comfort again and I wouldn't recommend 'em to nobody. I hired 'em to put in a mini split heat pump for my old house so I could have some A/C. The whole installation was a mess. It took 'em two whole years and a bunch of visits before they could get the dang thing to work. They had all sorts of people, some good and some not so good, workin' on it. Jacob didn't give a darn until he finally came out himself after two years and figured out what was wrong. This spring, I had 'em come out for some preseason maintenance. When I got the bill, I dang near fell over. They charged me $175.00 an hour from the time their truck showed up 'til the time it left, which was three hours, even though the workers were only on the job for less than 2 1/2 hours. And they even charged me for the time it took 'em to write up the bill and chat with me when they came back inside to get paid. My advice? Stay far away from this company.
