I-Pave Construction

I hired I Pave Construction on 11/02 to asphalt my 9x450 {approx} gravel driveway for $22200.00. The work was done by *** personnel a few days later. But in late Spring of 2022, I noticed weeds coming up through the asphalt and cracks started to appear. There were over 30 cracks ranging from one foot to over thirty feet and over thirty rust-like spots. I contacted I Pave Construction, and they came to the property. The contracting agent said they were not responsible for the quality of the asphalt. They agreed to come back and fill the cracks, but the drive would not look good. They charged me $2250.00 (they would cover the $250.00) to seal the drive. The resulting job was not professional, and I feel they are responsible for a professional job, including covering the sealing cost.
