Mrs. McBee said Staples won't do anything

Mrs. McBee: this is the 3rd (third) time (since 2019) I've had issues with unwanted contacts by/from Staples (ref: Staples Office of the President [ ref:_00DA0XzYW._5000H1N2IR9:ref]).

As you can see, below, my previous attempts to resolve this as a lower Staples level have been unsuccessful due to highly delayed responses from the Privacy team. Notwithstanding, there is no logical nor business reason why I would - suddenly - start receiving email purportedly related to "guest checkout activity in 2018" -- five years ago!

As a final show of good faith, I am willing to settle the matter for a $1000 check from Staples, in lieu of my seeking governmental and legal assistance (not to mention informing IBM that a supplier continues to email me after opting-out years ago, and after two previous, related complaints.)

I look forward to a prompt resolution within the next ten (10) business days. Please send the check via overnight delivery to: 115 CIMMARON COURT, CARY NC 27511.
