Once I found out I was being automatically charged it is not clearly explained you would automatically BE CHARGED AFTER THE 7-DAY FREE TRIAL.

This information on How to Cancel is erroneous.

Once you cancel, your membership will not auto-renew. We will also send a confirmation email to the email address on file."

The above information to cancel membership is misleading as there is no such action “Manage” button to select, in order to complete cancellation.

Claimed loss: $29.95

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of $29.95

When making a purchase, we do our best to let you know about the kind of information we may have available. In addition, we gather our data from 12 billion public records, ranging from census data to public social media profiles. New information is added to our system every day. Spokeo does not originate or create data, so our data reflects that of the original sources. Spokeo does not guarantee data accuracy, and the data should only be used as a reference. We are, however, constantly working to expand and improve the data available on our site. New information is added to our system every day and I suggest you check back for new updates.

Please keep in mind that we currently only support names, phone numbers, and addresses in the United States. However, our email and username search is universal and covers all publicly accessible profiles on social networks supported by our system, including international social media profiles. Furthermore, additional search types and features, such as Court Records, Historical Records, PDF downloads, and increased search quotas are available for additional charges in addition to your base service. I apologize if this was unclear.
