Pdf converter charges me without providing service
Reading the complaints the same happened to me. On July 24 I ordered a document convertion and paid 0,500 euros. I checked my account and it seemed to be right. Later I realized that best-pdf.com took 39,00 euros from my account on July 26 and on August 26. I am afraid they mean to continue it regularly, every month. I am very disappointed with this procedure and regret having used this service. I would like to get my money back or at least I would like to get them to stop taking my money.
Worst service ever, they charged to me 49,95 Euros, I did call to the service support, the lady on the other side of phone told me: Did you read the subscription, so its your fault... after she even raise the voice on me. When I said that I am recording the phone call she continued with a lower voice. No chance its a total scam...please just resend it to the others ...

i just checked their sit and i found this on their basic plan there is a * and that states the following "* Following these 48 hours and without a cancellation on your part, your basic membership will become a membership without commitment for an unlimited period of time billed at 39.90$ per month."
now they may have added this later but was there an * on your ad OP and Kristie?
Same issue here. Paid 95 cents for one doc and they will not refund the billing and billed a day early so you cannot cancel but it does not even say subscription it says 95 cents for 7 days
