Speedway review: Store Manager for 02

Grace purposely declined two other individuals application because that individual had a similar information as a current employee and I was told by that individual that they are not related as they are just couch surfing. After grace had decline their applications, she brought in few of her family friends or so which shows favortism or no equality within the company. This company needs people for this job! Not just one person doing a 5 people job! This company can do so much better and I strongly believe grace is not fit for her position. She is barely at the store unless for paperworks and never there when people call to follow-up on their applications and the longest someone had to wait for a response back about their application is 2weeks and that is poor management! If I could nominate someone as the new store manager, it'd be nana because she basically lives there! People have lives outside of work and she obviously prioritizes this jobbb and doesn't get noticed as she should be! If grace approves her circle of friends to work in the company, then mind as well allow other people too!
