Speedway review: management and night workers

This store needs work some people need to be fired the morning managment is rude and yells at there workers like they are dogs, Making people feel like they are stupid, The was I feel about it if they would train better then that would not happen. The night shift worker is rude and shakes customers beer and bounces it off the counter and laughs about it and thinks its funny, No one wants to buy beer that is flat, She is always on the phone talking to someone while there are customers in line, rude! NOthing ever gets done about it either She also locks the door for hours at a time and says she is cleaning or in the bathroom. I dont understand how someone can keep there job and get away with such things. She is almost always late and then comes in the store yelling at the other workers, This store cant keep no one very long because of the disrespect the managers gives and how rude they are They get a black shirt and there head swells!, No one wants to be talked to like they are stupid I feel if you train better then this would not happen, They also dont follow things like they should when an incident happens! the morning shift never cleans they always leave it for 2nd shift dishes piled up to the half way point of the wall! Its a shame when a customer goes into the store just to feel disrespected! something need to be done about some of the workers they never get in trouble and they need to drug test them also. I know one of the Managers goes out to there car to smoke pot on her breaks you can smell it on them when they come back in, Shameful. Store #6954 high point NC
