Speedway review: Make incentives for employees to be happy!!!

I really really think Speedway has decline in quality & friendliness. Especially in South Bloomfield Ohio. Wait a minute it’s not ever been that friendly. Always complaining there’s never enough people working, other employees not doing their job & the more efficient have to pick it up. It’s usually the case everywhere. Corporate while sitting in their leather chairs, driving their BMW, and talking vacations are not concern about employees comfort & well being. Employees in gas stations are corporate pee on’s and slaves. Isn’t that the way most American works? Yes in deed. It’s sad when a faithful employee gets so flustered their swearing at customers and losing their minds because their are so many customers with needs & delivery that she is having a full blown anxiety attack trying to please all. I have been coming to this establishment for 8 yrs since I moved here but endure nasty behavior half the time. I’ve didn’t go there recently for 6 months for a very good reason. I suppose I can’t go there anymore indefinitely because I don’t need my day ruined.
