I was at the Speedway store today 12/30/2022 around 9:00PM-9:15PM in Marion IN - 1550 S Western Ave Marion IN 46953 #1038

I went inside to purchase myself some tobacco products, I am a 32 year old Asian woman with a VALID Indiana Driver’s License - there were two cashiers, one had the name tag Megan and the other was a male; but Megan refused to sell me any tobacco products. She kept telling me that she would not sell me anything, because it is the “law”?! I was upset and asked for the supervisor contact but she said that she didn’t want to wake them or bother them. She kept refusing to sell me anything for some reason I can’t figure out other than being discriminated upon.

I will be contacting my attorney in the morning because this isn’t right.
