Speedway review: A recent purchase

I was at the store #9168 located in gallipolis Ohio tonight. I used my cash app card to make the purchase. The amount that was due was $25.57. I only had $24 on the cash app card. I told the cashier that. He supposedly adjusted the balance. But then it still declined the purchase. So I paid in cash. But as looked on my cash app app. It showed speedway did take the $24.03. So how can we go about fixing this issue and getting my money back to my account. Because now I've paid in Total $50 just for $15 in gas. A medium coffee and four snack cakes. This isn't right.
