Spectrum has the most unprofessional uneducated workers I ever met in my life. I have a $350 bill because the supervisor credited me $311 for wrong charges so my September 2026 bill was completely free but then my bill for October became $325 why because the fees that he credited for ended up on the new bill now they’re saying they’re justified and cannot credit me anything the most uneducated Power Trip MF I ever met in my life . Switching service immediately.

Claimed loss: 4 phones lost because i cannot afford a bill because some unprofessional uneducated power trip idiots

Desired outcome: For my bill to be fixed
