I've taken a flight Milwaukee to Phoenix dozens of times with the old system NO waits in the jetway. It was almost ten minutes to board (in the jetway) to get to row 7. So why pay $150.00 more for the same seat the same snacks same Everything. The word loyalty comes to mind. Well, if you have NOTHING to make you special what's the use? Softer seats no, leg room no, if the board members (that jacked up the prices) would ACTUALLY get on one of your FULL flights in the middle seat for a four-hour flight, then try to justify the additional cost, it doesn't work. I don't complain but you've WORKED at aggravating your loyal base. Good Luck you'll need it.

Recommendation: Don't bother.
