Southwest has now sunk to a new low in my book! I lovED them before and now? I purchased a ticket for a relative and they had a terrible experience w being "nickled and dimed" to death about everything! At outside check in, they charge to check you in and THEN expect a tip! Charges for every bag even if you are a Rapid Rewards member. I bought the ticket, yet because I wasn't with her, she got charged for her suitcase! It's ridiculous, to say the least! I'll have to start taking other reliable good airlines because Southwest is losing my confidence and reliability on them. Personally, I loved Southwest and the way they did business before! I didn't mind standing in line to go find a seat! At least I could find my own seat! Please return to the old way!

Recommendation: Think about it before flying them.
