This is NOT a complaint! Rather I would like to commend one of your flight attendants for a job well done! I was traveling from Washington DC Reagan Airport of Oklahoma City Friday, April 17 on Flight #1271. Seated toward the front I was lucky enough to have Shawn as my flight attendant. It was a full flight and I'm sure it gets a little crazy and tiresome for the attendants. But if this is so, I must say you couldn't see that in Shawn. When serving beverages and snacks when someone would say thank you her response was always "my pleasure". When someone had trouble with the internet she spent as much time as was necessary to help. She stopped to talk or to assist several people with no worries how long it took. In this day and age when people are on edge and ready to rip your head off, Shawn was a breath of fresh air. She really made you feel appreciated and that there was no question or problem that couldn't be taken care of. Thank you, Shawn. Keep up the great work!
