First off, I paid $577.00 R/T to Las Vegas from Orange County CA. My RR# 20531719460 is, Outbound Flight was 8/22/2025, inbound 8/24/2025. Inbound was very late due to SW taking on too many bags why can't they count as walking on. Both flights said a quick 39 minute flight ( Big Lie) no beverage service. Both flights were over an hour and 15 min. This is not the first time this has happened it seems like anytime they have a late afternoon flight they pull this is a quick 39 minute flight therefore NO beverage service. Why can't they limit it to beer and wine only and why cant they have a system where we can text our orders in advance to the flight attendants in advance via our seat number so they can get it ready and serve. This is not OK since the amount of money I paid for my ticket not the first time and will be the last time unless I get a favorable response from Southwest!
