Incorrect Boarding Pass Issued at Check-In – Flight WN4157 on 11/30/2025
Hello Southwest Customer Relations,
My name is Jacky Quang Lee, and I am writing to report a check-in issue that occurred on November 30, 2025, on Flight WN4157 (Confirmation CI2RF5).
When I checked in at the front desk, the agent handed me a boarding pass that did not have my name on it. Instead, it belonged to a completely different passenger. This was concerning and created confusion at the start of my travel experience. Receiving an incorrect boarding pass not only delays the passenger but also poses a potential security and identity-verification issue.
I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to prevent this type of error from happening again. I would appreciate confirmation that the matter has been addressed.
Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Jacky Quang Lee
