I was on flight 4172 yesterday from LGB to BNA and was in a wheelchair. I was assigned seat 3A which is a window seat. I realize that this was an upgraded seat but the problem was that the two individuals next to me were both well over 350 lbs and encroached into my space. The arm rests could not come down and I was pinned against the airplane wall. I'm in a wheelchair to due hip problems and this 3 hour plus flight in half a seat was not helpful. If Southwest has an oversized passenger policy, it needs to be enforced. I understand that is a sensitive topic to address with a passenger, but the gate attendant or flight attendant should have addressed it with the passenger. Now I have additional hip pain due to this unenforced policy. I would appreciate a response from Southwest.
