Southwest Airlines review: Damaged paid for checked luggage which ad a rule I never do on Southwest as an A-list member. This trip was due to my move from ATL.

While moving from ATL too my new home. For the first time ever I paid for checked bags as an A-list member. Much to my regret past stories I read about Southwest bag handlers now became my lived experience. I traveled on July 14th 2026 from ATL to DCA flight WN 0866 confirmation BRLZK4

Please refund me as a loyal SW A-list member my $309.30 as compensation for two bags damaged which equals half my round trip ticket.

Claimed loss: Two Damaged checked bags.

Desired outcome: Refund my airfare and $35.00 checked baggage fee for my two damaged bags. The black bag broke my zipper and I can no longer use it. My brown leather bag is scratch up bad on 3 sides.
