I have been a frequent customer at the above restaurant since it opened in town. Today I received THE WORST service ever. When I placed my order it was read back correctly. I waited for 20 minutes for the car hop Haylee to bring out my order of 4 drinks. I had to press the button for service again because we were forgotten. When she brought the order out it was wrong and she seemed put out that she had to correct it. When she came back she had poor customer service skills and was obviously new on the job. There is no excuse that I had to wait over 20 minutes for an order of 4 drinks. When the slushes were brought out they were completely melted. The manager on duty was ?Zeta? I will be contacting her as well. This visit was completely unacceptable and I deserve a refund for the poor service. I can be contacted at [protected]@yahoo.com to resolve this issue.

I am a occasional customer to Sonic On F.M.1485 Rd, bye 59 Freeway ! I have never had a problem until August 14 2014 ... I ordered 2 #1 cut tomatoes extra pick;e &onions and 2 blast, The lady that came out was very nice, smiling, very helpful, But I had tomatoes on both burgers and the burgers were cold ... the blasts were not thick they were like milky drinkable but I like ice cream in it not just runny chocolate milk and candy pieces, {I have never been disappointed before but I did mention it to the lady but they had her so busy I just gave up and left I just wanted to bring it to your attention !
