dear sir/madam: I am filing an complaint for a sibling that resided. my name is Tony Bobet, i live at 1710 Seward Avenue, Bronx, NYC 10473, apartment, #5-G, the person that i am filing complaint for Raul Bobet, he went to H.R.A for a Snap Re-certification, my case number is #[protected]. i went to on November 23, 2015, they received his document, and told him that he received the phone call on December 07, 2016, at between on 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. and, no one call. i went on the next date, on 8th. as, they told me, the reason that i didn't received the phone call, because they were so busy to call me. they a date on December 19, 2015, that is on Saturday. i received my phone call. and, i didn't received my food stamps, on the month of January 11th or the 12th. i just received my heap money.
