I ordered the Akai hazelnut Coco bowl two days in a row. The first day it was just as it should be made beautifully. When I went today to go order it again it was not even halfway full! We already overpay for this bowl. There was not hardly any granola in it. And it was made so sloppy it just looked nasty! When I went to talk to someone about this, the girl lied and said we have new bowls that’s all we can put in there. And what I said, can you do better on the toppings because I got shorted she said no that will be extra. Customer service is horrible. They do not care about the customer at all! They don’t worry about their jobs because they’re allowed to continue to treat people this way! These people should be fired and a whole new crew should be brought in! People that actually care about their customers! Don’t go here. I stopped going a year ago because of this same customer service problem and I thought I would give them another chance. Big mistake. Don’t go here!
Claimed loss: The $12 I spent on this bowl absolutely wasted money for a sloppy nasty looking not even full bowl.
Desired outcome: The least a refund. The best fire this crew that never takes care of their customers and doesn’t worry that they’re going 2get fired over it! Because they continue to do it and they continue to get away with it! It is unacceptable.
