I was visiting family in Fort Mill, SC. My daughter got me $100.00 gift card for Smoothie King for Father’s Day. That got me hooked. While I was visiting I went to the Fort Mill SK daily. Never had an issue On July 3, I order two drinks in the afternoon. Both drinks were terrible. I never complained to the employees who were children, but I did tip them $2.00. I figured I would send my complaint to corporate. Instead I received an email from the owner. She apologized and said she couldn’t refund my money but she gave me a free voucher for one free drink. I told her I had two bad drinks and never heard again from her. I went back on July 5 again in the afternoon and use my free drink voucher. Again, a young teenager made my drink. It wasn’t as bad as the first two but it was very watery. I didn’t say anything I just walked out and sent another email and received no response.I sent in another complaint a few weeks laterhoping that corporate would call me up so I could explain the situation to them, but I never heard from corporate instead I received another email from Rhonda the owner and again she said she’s not giving me any free drinks. As far as I’m concerned, this is not how you take care of loyal customers that spend close to $100 a week on smoothies I will never ever go back to smoothie King again especially this location instead I will go to smaller more reputable businesses that stand behind their work and product
Recommendation: DO NOT go to the Fort Mill, SC Smoothie King
