My name is Kaitlyn pettypool and I went to this salon Thursday night and asked for a trim and this is what I got 4 inches cut off and gapped all up .i have to wear a wig for the Holidays. This is unacceptable and I expect something to be done about it .
She She's y'all with shoulder length black hair and side bangs and I'm pretty sure she had purple in her hair .
She didn't give me her name
I want to know what is gonna be done before I turn this over to the better business bureau
