I instructed a south african courier company to return a pair of glasses for exchange via UPS and neither of the return addresses supplied by Smartbuyglasses could be delivered to. I dealt with Ana at Smartbuyglasses. The response to any email queries took days, the support was beyond shocking and I told the same story to 5 people. Why? their systems are not integrated and keep no link of your interactions and conversations so as a consequence the frustration simply wear you out. They simply would not take any responsibility of the mess and basicall told me to sort it out myself. They then change the delivery for the return from the US to Canada. By this time, the charges amounting to more than the cost of the glasses. As a consequence I had to destroy the parcel abd lost USD 250. smartbuyglasses is a rougue internet trader with no business ethics and no investment in systems to service customers. Pay the slightly higher price and only deal with reputable online businesses.
