Ok I have emailed them 10 times and they will not give me a refund on the glasses. They are not right can’t read out them and they can’t be used for distance they are not cut correctly..And they will a frame.They will not cut new lenses. So now they have my money and the glasses.I didn’t completely understood their process on return. They said they would give new frames and cut the lenses to fit the new frames but they refused to have new lenses cut.I live social security and only people 66 years or older know how hard that is .so now I have to wait to try a get my kids to help me with me with money again and feel bad and just not again .Not going to ask my family to help they have they on families to do for.So they will not give me a full refund or recut the lenses. But they will give me frames from China. I am unhappy the company want help help I can’t drive in what the glasses and now having take a bus.And the people my age are walked all over .Young lady I want you think how it feels to try and live on social security it’s not fun and the government helps as little as possible.So overnight glasses thanks again just one more company taking money away from America senior citizen just 2 steps from living in the streets .And I want is to see again and drive myself around and not set in the rain I feel like being old and not understanding what I was reading completely that someone try to help You win I lose believe me I can’t win with you not going to try anymore.God bless you all

I sent in my frames to this company. After 7 days I called and emailed looking for a update and was told my glasses would be out in 1 business day. 5 day's later after sending 2 emails and no reply. I called and was told they would be out in 1-2 days. At that point I asked for my frames to be returned and for a refund. Cara the same customer service woman that answered all the times told me she would send a email within 1 hr showing the order was cancelled and my refund. After 3 hrs I call 2x from the same number and now answer called from a different number immediately after and Cara answers the phone and says she hasn't had time to send the email and she will have it to me ASAP. Horrible company of my frames and refund isn't returned within 1 week I will be seeking legal action. This company is fraudulent..

Best lenses!
I had Karl Lagerfeld frames that were really expensive and they fit me well. Not many places will offer to replace lenses if you didn't buy them there. I took the chance to get lenses put in with my new rx because you can't beat the price here! I sent them packed pretty good, but the way I got them back was SO beautifully presented. They put them wrapped nicely in a really nice hard case and included lens spray and cloth. They even wrapped my old lenses up and gave them to me! I'm really happy with them. The rx is perfect. Customer service was speedy when I was inquiring. Turnaround time was great. I used another online retailer, but I'm definitely sticking with overnight glasses. I'm just really happy with them and can't wait to send some others that I love in to get my updated rx! Thank you so much :)

Replacement Glasses Needing a second pair of glasses as backup since I tend to lose and/or scratch them I didn't want to spend alot of money so I tried this company (Overnight Glasses) Very glad I did.The selection is awesome and their prices are well below Lenscrafters,Sams Club and many other places I checked. Received my new pair a full week before the pair I ordered from my eye doctor and at half the price.Customer Service is their top priority which I experienced first hand.Communication with their customers via e-mail and or text messages is truly the best, I wish other companies would take notice and change their way of doing business.Great care is also taken with the packaging. Attention to detail is very apparent. I highly recomend you give Overnight Glasses serious consideration for your next set of glasses.

Sent my own glasses. They said it was done cutting and it was shipped. Wrong tracking # provided. The tracking says delivered HASTINGS, MN, US. On March 10th, I live in FL. Now they are saying the item shipped march 11th. I requested the right UPS tracking Ignored my last 2 my emails. Even called them its an answering machine. It's been 2 weeks now when they said it was shipped I still have not receive my glasses. I will have to call my credit card to reverse the charge. And the sucky part about all this that the frames they lost cost me $118. They are not giving me any money for that that's for sure. If a customer contacts you reply within 2 days not 4-5 days. I can tell they lost the glasses since they can't provide my correct UPS address. If you lost it admit it ambit ignore the customer. They shipped the item before the virus got worse in California.

I ordered bifocals late in the day on a Thursday, past the documented time for same day processing and was expecting my glasses the following Tuesday. So I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email saying my glasses were already being processed! They shipped Friday and I got them Saturday. The whole ordering experience was awesome! They have a great selection, virtual try-on makes it easy to see what glasses would look like and they even have recommendations based on your face shape. Don't know your face shape? They will tell you as part of the virtual try-on as well as explaining face shapes to you. They also have a great selection of options for your lenses. I ordered Coach brand and received them along with a Coach glasses case, cleaning cloth and cleaning solution that will easily fit in my purse! My experience overall was great and I will definitely order again and recommend them to all of my friends!

Recently I ordered lenses for my frames and there was a slight issue with the prescription. Even though the mistake was also mine, they corrected the problem fast. Such a big disappointment! First of all, to get my progressive lenses glasses made and deliver, it took almost three weeks instead of advertised "overnight" or expected within a week or even specifically scheduled by contacted customer service to be delivered supposedly 12 days after. Upon finally receiving glasses (and trying to get used to them) I realized that there was something wrong (there where distortions) and send them back. My glasses were received on August 25th and after checking the status on them on September 7 I got the email that glasses are ready and about to be shipped. As for September 13 I have not received any further information. Originally I order and fully paid for the glasses on July 25th, as of today, close to (2) two months later no glasses. Also, they only posted the good reviews on their site. They send you link to write review after they made your glasses, but they will not post if it's not applaudable.

I have a dream ... That everyone who is in need of glasses get a quality pair at a reasonable price. I was skeptical at first due to never hearing of Overnight Glasses. I have heard of a lot of online ordering sites for glasses and I figured what the heck, I couldn't get any worse as I had already wasted hundreds of dollars on my last pair of glasses and that was with a brick and mortar store. Absolutely blown away at the selection of frames, lens packages and coatings, and the online building process. I was able to get my PD measurement using my laptops camera and Overnight Glasses measuring app. The level of response ... I never needed to inquire about a status of my glasses as they emailed a status at every step of the process even the cutting and polishing phase. Once my glasses were shipped they immediately sent me the tracking number where I was able to get updates on the transit. I will definitely be ordering my next pair of glasses through Overnight Glasses.

Quality of Lifesaver! I was getting ready to go on my first vacation since summer of 2019 but my migraines had ramped up to a truly unmanageable level. I decided to get FL-41 lenses and to get my rx checked. My prescription had changed AND since the last time I'd looked into it all the big migraine glasses brands (axon, theraspecs etc) inexplicably quit making RX lenses?! And they're still like $189 for glasses I'm going to have to wear contacts with? No, thank you. I accidentally stumbled upon overnight glasses and discovered that they had an FL-41 lens package and could literally overnight them. Were they cheap? Of course not! Were they cheaper than I thought they would be? Yes. Are they adorable? Yes. Did they get here on time? Yes! Have my migraines gotten MUCH less frequent? OMG! Yes. I did a whole Instagram post that was like "they're not paying me but YOU GOTTA CHECK THESE OUT!" because migraine relief is hard to come by so when something good comes along you want to tell people!

I ran into "Overnight Glasses" by accident by looking another phone number up, to question them about the price they quoted, as I thought it way high. In making a long story short, I thought I would take a chance with this company, and let me tell you, It paid Off! I ended up spending the same money, but "Hold the Presses." I received three pairs of glasses, and the other store that was for one pair. I was a bit nervous about getting them via the internet and called to check up on the status, and each time Mario calmed my nerves. I bought Oakley, Ray-Ban, and another pair that was their premium brand. All three had progressive lens which is the best part of the purchase, as they are spectacular, and I would strongly recommend them if you need bifocals. My Oakleys are called Die Cut and I have to say they are the ones I wear when I need to look cool. My other pair are transition meaning they change into sunglasses outside. I have never had these before as cost was a factor in past, but not with Overnight. I cannot say enough about this company as they talk the talk, but follow up in anything they say or promise. They even replace lenses in a frame you have at home, so if money is tight, what a service to have handy. I rarely do these comments, but have awarded them the "JustBill" seal of approval. One more benefit I forgot to mention, and it works better than I thought possible. You can try your glasses on before you purchase. All I can tell you, this is as smoother than a gravy sandwich.

This is my first time ordering any optical product online and this company made it a fantastic experience. The lenses I got from the doc's office were lower quality and cheaper than I intended them to be, so I checked out what was online so I could see exactly the options I had. The quality of the ones I received from OG are probably the highest I've had in my glasses! No more glare, distortion from material used, or worrying about switching to sunglasses when I go outside with these lenses. This is, of course with the most premium options and transitions selected, but it was absolutely worth it. The price either matched or beat both the other companies that I checked out online before I came across this company and the doctor's office for what I selected for my lenses. Definitely beat the doc's office by a substantial amount. And lastly, this was the only company I could find (by doing admittedly little research, mind you) that could get my glasses lenses replaced as quick as they did. Most of the other sites I saw had a full week just to process the order, and that didn't include their standard shipping time of about a business week as well. I sent my glasses out on a Thursday night and got them back on the following Tuesday. This means that for them to get my glasses, create the highest quality optioned lenses that they offer, and get them back to my doorstep took them only 3 business days. (This is not accounting for the weekend, which pretty much every company does not either operate or ship on). From now on, I'll be getting my prescription from the doc and ordering my glasses right here!

Incredibly Fast

I had needed a new pair of prescription lenses put into a frame I had purchased ASAP as my previous pair of frames were unfortunately crushed by my own giant feet after waking up one morning. I had sent my glasses in on a Friday but I missed the pickup deadline. The glasses arrived to the shop on Monday morning and they were back in my hands the next morning around 10am EST. The quality of the lenses are great! I've never tried Trivex lenses before but after putting on my frames with their lenses, it felt like I was looking through lens-less frames and that my eyesight had magically restored itself. There is only one complaint that I have and that is Trivex is a soft material and can scratch easier than glass so you must do your best to keep them dust free and in their case when not in use. When I received my frames, upon unwrapping them, I noticed one of the new lenses had a very small nick near the middle of the lens. Having knowledge of polymers and their properties, I reached out to the support team, explained what I had found, and they were incredibly helpful with getting that lens replaced for me. If you're like me, someone who has social anxiety and deals with panic attacks and other wonderful neurotic tendencies, who hates to go to the eye docs because of the constant push to sell you frames and lenses you don't want, and someone who doesn't want to bust their wallet just to be able to see, give Overnight Glasses a try! Seriously, it's saved me so much hassle and anxiety from having to potentially expose myself to other strangers and the pandemic that is currently affecting the world to get a replacement pair of glasses.

I have real bad sight, and glasses for me always take longer and are a hassle to replace or upgrade, so imagine my anxiety levels when I realized I had lost my glasses, and absolutely need them for my job!
I called everyone on my employer's network to find the fastest options, went in person to several lenscrafters type of stores, and none of them could even say that they might have them back for.me before work this weekend, and that was Tuesday! Monday at the earliest they said!
so I. desperation I went to Google and came up with Overnight Glasses, and with mild skepticism I checked it out, and then submitted my order by Weds. evening, and attached some notes about my situation.

I received a fast response, where Christine set my worries to ease, and insured me they'd do their best to get them shipped that day!
a few more minor issues, on my end , were handled gracefully and efficiently by Christine, and the. Mario as the process advanced and I guess made it to different departments. a follow up with Mario, and then upon arriving at the last stage, Xavier let me know exactly what had been done, where we're at in the process, and gave me deep breath of relief type feel, declaring the glasses would be shipped that day!

currently UPS tracking has the Glasses arriving today around 7pm, with a day to spare before work o. Sunday!

they e got glasses for every occassion, and usually have a 2 for 1 type deals, so u cab literally get a pair for every occassion .

After dropping and breaking my only pair of glasses while traveling, I was in need of a rapid replacement. I was enticed by the good reviews and reported fast service, so I placed an order from Overnight Glasses on a late Thursday evening. On Friday I received an email *guaranteeingthat my order would be delivered to the UPS access location that I specified on Saturday by 1:30pm. I thought this was understandable, considering how late I placed the order on Thursday. I was at the UPS facility on Saturday at 1:30pm to pick up my order. The employee stated that my order had not been delivered and could not provide a delivery estimate. They did inform me that 1 day air shipping is guaranteed and that the shipper would be refunded for being late. I immediately contacted Overnight Glasses support (via email, the phone line is not available on the weekend, conveniently...) and asked for a refund of the shipping cost, considering the late delivery and that they would be getting that refund. I continued to wait for the order, and it had not arrived by Monday morning. At this point I was forced to have my wife drive 100 miles to a same-day glasses place that was able to get me 2 new pairs of glasses within 3 hours. Around this time, I had finally received a reply from Overnight Glasses support stating that I would received a refund for the shipping cost. I replied to this email and stated that since the delay had been an additional 2 days, I had gotten glasses elsewhere, I would not be picking up the package, and I expected a full refund. Over 1 week later I have not heard back from Overnight Glasses support. I have not received any refund. I have never gotten through to their phone line support after multiple tries. It is not Overnight Glasses fault that UPS broke their shipping guarantee. However, it is up to Overnight Glasses to hold them accountable. Further, this is absolutely horrendous customer service for a site that has such strong guarantees and is unable to follow through with them. If you are needing rapidly replaced glasses and no other options, I guess give them a try. I would suggest any other option available to you first, such as a brick-and-mortar store that can provide glasses much faster with less overall hassle. I am suspicious that many of the positive reviews on this site are fraudulent. Also note that a site named "Overnight Glasses" should not be cheered for delivering glasses in 3 days.

Hello, Complaintsboard.com rep, My name is *** and my order number with Overnight Glasses is #XXXXXX. On this Tuesday, I have been involved with some accident and broken my eyeglasses. I ordered the glasses at their website and chose overnight shipping option. Following day, I have called customer rep around noon, and he told me that my order is on production stage, and it will be guaranteed to be delivered on 14th. However, when I checked the order status next day, it said my order is still on production. I got a hold of customer rep after calling 10 times. It was maddening that he told me I have to wait until this Friday, because their machines are broken. I am stranded at home for 2 days not able to drive. How come this is acceptable? I can't even go to the work because I have no eyeglasses available! They better be delivering the glasses on time, otherwise they should issue me a full refund.

No delivery. Only automated response to email. No response to phone (VM box not set up). Paid them *** what *** would have cost, and now can't drive! I ordered overnight glasses from them July 30 (as replacement lenses for my own frames, which I sent them). Nearly two weeks since my order Order #XXXXXX. Four days since I emailed request for info/help. This morning their tracking system says "still in production." Four hours since my first call this morning, which they disconnected. Four minutes since my last call, where their recording say "we'll connect you to someone"... and then "the person you're trying to reach has not set up their voicemailbox." I paid them DOUBLE what *** would have cost to fulfill in 14 days because this is urgent. Now I can't drive my wife to essential medical appointments, and will have to wait ANOTHER two weeks for glasses. I want my money and frames back immediately.

My son broke his glasses and needed a new pair quickly. I ordered a pair for him from Overnight Glasses and paid the $59.00 shipping fee so I would get them the next day. There was never any tracking information provided and when I didn't receive my order the next day, I tried calling several times but nobody ever answered the phone. I finally emailed them to inquire as to why I haven't received my order being that I did pay for overnight shipping? The response that I got was that what I ordered was out of stock with a link to get something else. At that point I was very upset because I was never informed that what I requested they didn't have. It took for me to reach out to them about where my order was for this to be revealed, when I should have already had the glasses. Needless to say, I didn't want something else, I just wanted my money back. I asked for a refund and was told that I have to wait for it to be "processed". I want my money, totaling $121.25 refunded asap!

On 8/26 I placed an order online for a pair of Tory Burch eye glasses, Order#***. I specifically selected next day rush delivery service because I was leaving out of town for 2 1// 2 weeks on 8/29. On 8/27 at about 1:46pm I checked the tracking number that was provided to check the status of the order and it said "Delivered at 10:06am" so I immediately went outside because I work from home and no one buzzed my buzzer to gain access to the building, I went outside check the mailbox area, both parking structures and with my neighbors and no package was found, I immediately contacted UPS and filed a claim for the missing package they said to give it a day as it may be delivered the next day and I waited until 8/28 still no package I called Overnight glasses to let them know, the rep offered to send another pair out in the day that I leave and declined as I flew out early that morning on 8/29. They are now refusing to refund my money for a product never received.

On April 5 I ordered replacement lenses and put my frames in the mail. On April 12 I received an email stating that my frames were damaged during the production process. I was directed to their website to select a replacement. These frames were purchased in Europe and were expensive and irreplaceable. Nevertheless, I was able to locate a pair on their website that was similar but weren't black, which was the same color as my original frames. I also found another similar frame that did come in black but was round instead of squared like my frames. I called and spoke with *** who accepted my replacement order of *** in tortoise & *** in black. I also felt the cost for the 2 frames would satisfy my frustration at the loss of my one pair of my more expensive and cherished frames they had damaged. I was later informed they selected only one of my choices without consulting me. I sent an email detailing my frustration but they didn't respond. Calls have been going to vmail for days.

No customer service, no order tracking Paid for my glasses and lenses order. Received an email with an order number. No info on what my order contained. Tried to search for order through website, there is a place to search for your order, only states order is processing. I've contacted customer service via their website and external email address provided to confirm my order as the glasses are $393. I only received a vague returned email stating my order is in coating and cutting process last Friday. I received another email today stating I will receive my order in two days. No one will clarify my order. I no longer wish to conduct business with a company who takes your money and provides no customer service. I've asked to cancel the order numerous times with no answer. I've asked PayPal to get involved via a dispute asking for a refund. How can I be certain the order is correct? There is no way to check! I want a full refund and the confidence I will never work with this company again.

I ordered a pair of glasses from Overnight Glasses on 11/18 and paid for UPS Next Day Air (1 day.) The company emailed the same day that Shopping and Production happen Monday-Friday; for my glasses, there are three production days and two shipping days; and my order should be delivered by 11/24. That was the last email or communication of any time from them. As 11/24 approached, I had not received a tracking order. In checking the tracking of my order on their website, it continuously said in production, even today. I attempted to contact them a minimum of 10 times, via email and their customer service telephone number, with no reply. The last communication I received was the order confirmation on 11/18 when I placed the order. I want to receive my glasses as soon as possible, a refund of my overnight shipping fee, yet still have the glasses shipped overnight, and a 10% discount off the price of the entire order. I hope this is not a scam, but I am starting to believe it is.

I am going to open a case with the *** and also contact my credit card company to see if they can reverse the charge. How can a company be so dishonest, by saying I didn't return the *** glasses, I believe that is fraud. Why would I want to keep a pair of glasses I cannot see out of.

I NEVER GOT MY GLASSES I sent my frames in to be relensed to overnight glasses on nov 26th I have called multiple times on the status of the glasses and spoke with *** each time. Every time I call he tells me they are shipping but I never got a tracking number then the last time I spoke with him he stated they had to re do the order over again because of a scratch on the lense and he will expedite the shipping I said ok and then the next night I got a tracking number I still do not have these glasses and it's December 21st the tracking number is for a location I am not at my mail man stated he didn't have a package for me that was not deliverable he said I would have to file a claim on it or it will just return to the sender! I cannot get my license without going up there with glasses and this whole experience has been a inconvenience I called all day for not one person to even pick up the phone I want my money back forget the frames just give me my money back for wasting my time it's BEEN A MONTH I will never use them again!

Bait & Switch stolen Dolce & Gabbana glass case, cloth& box and returned my designer glasses in a plastic case with wrong #XXXXXX my Order #XXXXXX. Contacted customer service three times last email sent to *** @***@overnightglasses.com regarding my D&G eyeglass case, box and cloth which was swapped and stolen by Overnight Glasses.I was returned my glasses smashed inside the attached teal plastic case and I am filing a police report and FTC. My Order # XXXXXX Sent glasses in for new rimless lenses with updated prescription. DG Case, DG box and DG cloth taken by company. On December 22 I paid for lens to be replaced in a pair of frames in the amount of $64.50. I was giving the order number XXXXXX. Overnight glasses provided me with a USPS label (tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX) to ship my frames. They would then ship me the frames with the new lens. On January 12, 2022 I received my package from Overnight glasses. When I opened the box the frames were not the ones I sent them. And the prescription in the lens was not mine. Thus, I can't see when I put them on. On January 13, 2022 I called the number I found for Overnight glasses XXX-XXX-XXXX. I left a message on January 13, 2022 at 5:59PM EST. Until this day no one has returned my call. On January 13, 2022 I also sent an email to ***@overnightglasses.com. On January 14, 2022*** reached out to me, via email. I responded to him on January 14, 2022 via email. As of yet, I have heard nothing further. Thus, I don't have the the new lens I paid for, nor my glasses that I shipped to them. I would like a refund of $64.50 and compensation for the glasses I shipped that I still haven't received for at least $150.00.

I don't know how this place has so many nice reviews and feel as though many of them are paid for but here is my story from 04/15/22 to 04/22/22 Just to show how recent it is. The overnight glasses fee is $60 which is added to the frame price (from $50 to $400ish if you want transitions). This would be great if you were guaranteed the frames would be there the next day, and from what I read you're not so I just picked regular shipping. Regular coating and ship is about said by the WEBSITE to be 3-4 days. It has been 6 business days and I have yet to see my glasses. Keeping in mind I ordered the regular single lenses. I really needed these glasses because I'm moving this weekend and if they arrived any day next week I won't be able to receive them. I now not only won't have my glasses but I had to request a refund due to me not even being able to get them. I now also have to order new glasses from another site due to the inconvenience while waiting for my refund. Please do no depend on this company if you have an emergency. Absolutely terrible, I want my refund and god knows where those glasses will end up, I just want my money back.

Accidentally ordered more than once and they won't refund as requested. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on June 19th and clicked the order button on 3 times by accident each click resulting in 130.50 dollars taken each time. Overnight Glasses support said that the orders I didn't want weren't able to be canceled due to insufficient funds in my account. I called multiple times on multiple days and tried my best to be patient with this company and even make sure that they got the money so they could return it. I have not been refunded my money and I am not a happy customer. If they do not refund my money I will consider going to their company building directly which would be more than 1,500 miles away so I can deal with this issue face to face if needs be. I like the glasses that were sent, but the orders that I wish to be refunded for make me think I don't need to order from them again at least until this issue is resolved which greatly upsets my mind due to the fact that I've spoken highly of this company to others and even referred people to them. Overnight glasses owes me 261.00 dollars and I intend to receive that amount refunded immediately.

I placed the order on Wednesday December 29. I paid next day rush service to have two pairs of glasses to be delivered within three business days (guaranteed) according to Overnight Glasses's website. The first update status I received from them was that my glasses were now in the coating and cutting stage. Then I received an email from *** at Overnight Glasses stating that I was charged incorrectly from the $186.50 total of my transaction. He said that I was only charged for one pair of glasses and in fact, one of the glasses I ordered was not even in stock. *** said that if I wanted a second pair I will have to pay $100 dollars more. I quickly requested a refund due to the unsatisfactory customer service. He the proceeds to asked me to choose another pair of glasses and that the other pair will be free of charge. I then asked him if I was going to be reimbursed the two next day Rush service fees I paid if I were to accept the resolution since I did not receive the glasses as promised. As of yet, I have had no communication with Overnight Glasses. I have called about ten times during business hours and no one answers. Still no glasses, or refund.

Returned Order With No Replacement or Refund Received Back! Order #XXXXXX I placed an order on 06/10 hoping for receipt of my 2 pairs of glasses before I left on vacation. They came the day before I left on 06/22 and I could only see through one lens. They also came with no cleaning cloth or cleaning solution as they had before, which was one reason I ordered from them again. I called and actually got through and the lady said to go to my eye doctor to verify that my prescription was correct and the glasses were made wrong. I explained we were leaving on vacation for 2-3 weeks and I wouldn't be able to get to the doctor until I returned. The girl said they would make an exception to the return policy for me. I followed up with an email so that I had it in writing. I returned from vacation and saw my doctor on July 22nd. I messaged immediately to verify that my prescription was infact correct and the glasses were wrong. Two days later on the 24th, I received a return label. I shipped my glasses back with a note asking for cleaning cloths and extra cleaning solution saying they could build my credit card for the extra solution. My glasses were received by Overnight Glasses on 08/03. On 08/06, still no word after 3 days of them receiving. I called, of course, no answer. I emailed again since I hadn't received a confirmation of return receipt, I received an email on 08/11 saying that my new glasses would be shipped out in 2 days. Here we are 08/24 2 weeks after they said they'd ship on 2 days, and still no glasses. I am asking for a full refund of the full amount I paid, which was $280.80. I have tried countless times to call this company and only got through once. A few times I left a message and got no return call. When I tried today, it said the voicemail box hadn't been set up yet. This is very frustrating, waiting 2 and a half months for correct glasses is ridiculous! I want my glasses but I'm not willing to wait any longer so I want my full amount of $280.80 refunded.

Ordered new lenses and paid over a month ago. Despite repeated assurances that they would be ready soon, still have not received glasses w/new lenses. On 02/03 I placed an order for new prescription lenses (sunglasses) with Overnight Glasses. I specifically selected this company because I was flying out on 02/20, and all information provided by them suggested that they would be able to return my sunglasses, with new lenses, before my departure date. Because I was busy, I did not mail them the frames (w/old lenses) until 02/06. My order was assigned number XXXXXX by Overnight Glasses. Via email, dated 02/08, I was advised that my "order XXXXXX had entered the coating and cutting stage." This was clearly intended to imply that completion of my order was imminent. I had chosen "Free USPS Shipping (2-5 Days)." So, even assuming that my order took a full week to process from the 02/08 email, it would have arrived by the 02/20 deadline that I needed. As I write this text (on 03/08), I have just checked the tracking status of my order, which states it is "in production." On February 14th, I began making inquiries as to the status of the order, advising that I needed them before 02/20. I received a reply on 02/15 stating that "the order is in production and we anticipate shipping out within one to two days." I emailed again on 02/27, without receiving any response. Disgusted, on 03/02, I requested a complete refund and return of my frames. That same day, I received a response to my inquiry of 02/27. It stated that my "order is expected to be completed in two days. We apologize for the delay. We are upgrading you to UPS next day rush service. Once the order is complete you will receive the glasses the next day. We will email you a tracking number when they ship out." Assuming that those assurances were fulfilled, I would have received my glasses by Friday, 03/05. Upon receipt of this good news, I "temporarily rescinded my request for a complete refund, and return of my glasses." However, when I did not receive my glasses, or any update thereupon, by that Friday, I reinvoked my request for a complete refund and return of my frames. I even tried to call, only to hear a recording that all representatives were busy with other customers, and that I should try to call again. I have subsequently submitted inquiries with Amazon Pay, through whom the $189 payment for the new lenses was processed. I have not received any response from Overnight Glasses sincerest week, 03/02. Although I did receive automated responses that my requests had "been received and were being reviewed by their support staff. To date, no glasses, and no credible indication as to when I might receive them.
