i ordered some new lenses for my raybans from fuse and they are way better than the old ones! i love them!

i used this company for 3 pair of oakleys and they were great no problems. customer service was awesome and i would def use them again.

Bought sum replacements, and even had one that didn't fit (I didn't order Asian fit for my wife). They replaced no problem. Would recommend to everyone. Been a customer for a few years.

I orderd a replacment pair of lenses for my Costa Diego and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how they look and the quality. I think they're even better than Costa lenses. Great job, Fuse team! I'll def be ordering from you guys a lot more.

Fuse Lenses did a great job with my Oakley W Wires! The quality is just like the original prescription sun glass lenses. I was able to order online and when I had a question, I could call somebody. They even assigned a rep to my order, which is rare these days. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Bought my first pair of Lido's with chrome lens from FUSE Lenses and I'm excited to try them out! Hoping they're as comfy as my revo's that also have fuse lens, which I think were an upgrade from the originals. Wish more folks knew about the great American quality they're putting out, at a price that won't break the bank. Thanks for keeping it real, FUSE Lenses!

I got Oakley bottlecaps, bottle rockets, and halfjacket frames, and Oakley don't make the color lenses I use no more. The thing with these lenses is that you gotta have precision cuts for them to fit right and lock into the corners. I been let down by other sellers, their cuts are all rounded and not precise like the original lens fit, and most of the time the lenses don't fit right at all. But FUSE lenses fit every time in all my frames!

Fuse Lenses is awesome! Their customer service is top-notch. My first set of replacement lenses lasted a whopping 5 years before the mirror coating started to fade. I bought a second set of replacement lenses, not realizing they had a one-time warranty replacement guarantee. After a few emails back and forth, Ariana gave me a full refund, including shipping. It seems like they've changed their warranty policy to only one year, but since my lenses had the old policy, they still honored it. The lenses are fantastic and the service is even better. I'll definitely be a repeat customer and will tell my peeps about Fuse!

Bad customer service. They sent the wrong size and when I asked for a return, they didn't reply except for offering to replace the lenses, which I don't want. I want a return. I asked again and got another email about a replacement, but I told them I don't want it and they haven't replied since. It's been 3 weeks and I still can't return the lenses. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. If you're happy with what you got, great, but if not, they won't help you. They only care about money. It shouldn't be so hard to get a refund.

I had an old pair of Rayban's I kept for random friends to use on our boat, very scratched up but blocked the sun. It occurred to me to look into lens replacements and I discovered you. Popped my new lenses in yesterday. They are so mine again...lol...!. I upgraded the original lenses and they are great. Also mentioned to Zach when he was helping me with lens size that it was too bad that my husband had a pair he loved that you guys didn't carry...Zach sent the link for a custom order. I ordered custom replacements, got the empty box and sent them back to you in it. (I really look forward to seeing him in those again. Very hot and can't get them anymore :) Cool business... you guys saw a need and it looks like you've done a great job meeting it. Love to buy in the USA! I have three suggestions. The first is to make it clearer on your home page (website) that you do custom orders. It was so easy once I got the link! The second is to make it clearer ON the plastic envelope that it should be saved/used for returns. (poor *** didn't grasp your more subtle explanations of saving the envelope and using the return label) Third, keep your pricing low and your customer service and quality high and you will be very well known soon! (Hope you have a patent!)

I been lookin' for new lenses for my Dolce & Gabbana sunnies that ain't made no more. I searched high and low on the internet in the U.S. and overseas, but no luck. These are my fave shades, so I kept wearin' 'em even though they was scratched up bad. Then I found FUSE on my search engine and they said they had my lenses in lots of colors. I picked the brown polarized ones, but I was unsure 'cause I never heard of FUSE before. But today I got my new lenses and they came in a cool case with a cloth and sticker. I swapped out the old lenses and now I got my fave shades back! These new lenses are even better than the old ones 'cause they're polarized. I don't usually write reviews, but FUSE deserves one. I'll buy from them again and tell my friends too. Good luck to FUSE!

Fuse Lenses is a pretty good website for buying lenses. However, I had a bit of a problem with my order. I got an email saying that my ACC-LNSCL Product was delivered, but it wasn't in the package when I got it. The other three items I ordered were there, though. So, that was a bit of a bummer.

I bought two sets of lenses from Fuse on March 11, 2022 for my Maui Jim Peahi frames. The ordering process was fine, but when I got the lenses back, they weren't comfortable to look out of. I contacted Fuse, but we couldn't resolve the issue. I took the lenses to my optometrist, who found that the lenses didn't have enough glare protection and the geometry wasn't right for my frames. I asked for a refund, but Fuse hasn't responded since. They don't have a phone number for support, so I'm stuck. It seems like they couldn't make the lenses correctly for my frames. I want a complete refund for my $443.46 purchase. Order number: *** Date: March 11, 2022.

I sent my Ray Ban glasses to Fuse Lenses for new lenses, but when they came back, they were messed up. The lens was out and the frame was bent. I told them it was a special pair with sentimental value, but they didn't seem to care. They said they could fix it, but when they sent it back, the screws were a different color and didn't match. They said that was all they could do, but I suggested a simple solution that they didn't want to do. I had to spend a lot of time emailing them and waiting for a response. They never even called me. They offered to fix it for free, but they never said the frame could be damaged. It was all online, and they only said "thanks for your patience."
