I woke up, went downtown and hung out at 63rd and Lexington. A naked woman walked by and I noticed she had very small nipples. I put on my new Lenskart lenses, and OMG, the woman had BEAUTIFUL LARGE ROUND NIPPLES! THANK YOU LENSKART!

Lens Kart has organic eye glass frames made of wood! I had never seen anything like it before and think it is so cool - I can't wait to try a pair out. They mention in thier blog that they are light weight and don't cause any skin reaction.

First time for me to order prescription glasses on line. Great quality. But the fit was a bit loose. I haven't recv'd them yet, but replacements are being sent They really are #1 in customer satisfaction. Attentive and professional. I hoping the replacements are on track and same quality..

I bought 4 spects from Lenskart M G road Pune in October'21. One of it broke down in 15 days due to some mishandling by me. I visited the M G road store on 22nd October for same new spects. Afroz ma'am who is sales executive attended me again and managed to get the frame repaired free of cost and saved my Rs 5500. Thank you so much Lenskart and Afroz.

I searched for many companies. I liked your glasses and prices. The 3-D try on is what sold me. Amazingly accurate. Those shots look like me now! This was my first time ordering my own glasses. I made sure I understood everything I was doing. I found it very easy. I have gotten so many compliments on my new glasses. I can see well again. I am in deep quarantine because of Covid-19. I did my own eye exam using EyeQue. I have worn glasses most of my life and I have never been happier!"

I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience with Lenskart.com. I placed an order (Order I'd: ***422) for some sunglasses on August 29th. Unfortunately, there was a size issue so I had to return them. I brought them to the nearest store (Takshila, Andheri East, Mumbai) but due to some technical difficulties, they were not marked as "Returned" until 10 days later.

I tried to follow up with their customer service team multiple times but it seemed like they were having trouble retrieving my order from the warehouse. It's now September 19th, almost 20 days later and I still have not received my refund. To be honest, this has been really frustrating and I strongly recommend that you do not purchase from Lenskart.com. It's a shame because I was really excited about their products, but their service just didn't cut it for me.

Lenskart, their shipping partner FEDEX, and me (a customer) are having a bit of a problem with the certification paperwork required to import my glasses to the United States. Unfortunately, this has caused me to spend an unneeded amount of time and energy trying to sort out the matter between the manufacturer and the shipper. Frankly, it seems like they should compensate me for the extra trouble. I've talked to Lenskart's phone support, and while they say they understand, they haven't been able to grasp that the issue is really between their company and the carrier. When I tried to call FEDEX for assistance, I was placed on hold for an eternity, which was all for naught.

Thiis Lenskart.com is no good! I thaht i'd try it out, so i ordered six pairs of glasses from them. But! When the package arrived, I only got five of them! Not cool, right? And on top of that, some of them did not even fit me right, even after using the VIRTUAL TRYON feature. I don't get it. I chose pairs in the same size group, but still no go on these ones.

Another thing, they seem to have messed up the prescription on some of them. Yeah, you read it right. So who do i talk to? Customer service seems to be the answer, right, but unfortunately, THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE. I emailed them and texted them, but no response. I'm telling you, the customer service is totally worthless. So, I need to get my money back because of this situation. And guess what, the refund and returns they talk about on their website is nowhere as easy as they make it out to be.

I'm not giving up though. I heard about this bureau thing and I'm going to file a claim against them. I'm not the type to let things go down easily. I also spoke with my credit card company about it so I can try to get my money back. These guys on Lenskart.com shouldn't be allowed to do business if they can't keep up with the basic promises on their website. Is it that hard? I mean, come on!

I ordered frames from the sec 10 store on Lenskart.com a few weeks ago and ran into some issues with my purchase. Even though I paid through credit card, I still had to exchange the item and request a refund. I put in this request on September 15th and the item was picked up by Lenskart on time, but I never received my refund. To this day, I still haven't seen the refund come through on my bank account, even though I have sent them my bank statements.

It's really frustrating because I've already talked to my bank about the issue, but Lenskart is still not trusting me. They keep telling me to check with the bank, but I have already communicated with them. To make matters worse, Lenskart is just torturing me about the issue and it seems like they're not doing anything about my refund. I also found out that the item was received by Lenskart on September 23rd, which is confusing to me because how can they initiate a refund before receiving the product? It's like they're playing hide and seek with me instead of handling the issue.

On top of all of this, they're not even giving me a settlement report. What's worse than a company not providing good customer service? A company that lies to you and doesn't even try to fix the problem. It's a shame because I really wanted to like Lenskart, but these experiences really left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

My experience with Lenskart.com was deplorable! I placed an order online, and it was supposed to be delivered to my home address, but I never received it. The tag line "buy one get one free" on Lenskart.com has always sounded like music to my ears. However, when I finally decided to try it out for myself, I realized that the reality was quite different than the sugar coated image they portrayed.

Firstly, they convinced me to buy a second frame without mentioning that they would charge me an additional Rs. 600 for a "premium membership" and another Rs. 100 for insurance which they claimed was free of cost. I was fuming when I found out about this, and luckily I had proof because the salesman himself came to my house and gave me the Rs. 100 while admitting that they had provided me with the wrong information. Despite this, they still charged me for the premium membership which left me so incredibly unhappy. Had I known about these charges, I would have only purchased one frame and saved myself the added expense.

What followed was perhaps the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I found out that they barely pick up the phone for 3 whole days. Then, when my spectacles were finally ready, they called and asked me to go pick them up from their store. I was baffled by this strange request, and when I asked them about the insurance and membership charges, they told me they would call me back. They never did. They didn't reply to any of my emails or calls. This entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I sincerely regretted not doing better research before entrusting them with my money.

Despite these issues, I cannot deny that Lenskart.com has a great collection of frames. I would ask that they work on their customer service and not deceive customers with their "buy one get one free" tag line. I would not recommend this site to anyone who values transparency and honesty.

I'm a frequent shopper of Lenkart India and When Lenskart USA was launched, I was thrilled! But to my dismay, after a year of its launch, they're still in the process of settling down. I remember placing an order for a pair of glasses almost a year back, and it's sad to say that it took me three long months to receive my purchase while going back and forth with Lenksart India. To my surprise, the customer support in their USA branch was of NO HELP whatsoever – It's essential to note that I was expecting a world-class service since their website claims to be world wide! To cut a long story short, the glasses were only shipped to Miami, which disappointed me to no end.

Recently, I decided to give them another shot by placing an order via PayPal, but to my man infuriation, an Internal error notification popped up, and once again, Lenkart USA customer support couldn't offer any help. To put things into perspective, I conduct more than ten transactions via PayPal every week!

With no other option, I had to contact Lenkart India, place an order from there, and then ship it to my sister's place in India and then finally have it delivered to St Maarten via DHL. It's quite evident that Lenkart USA still has a long way to go before reaching the Lenskart India level. At present, it's not even remotely close when compared to their Indian counterpart.

I sincerely hope that they work on their shortcomings as they have excellent products, and it's a genuinely good company. But until they improve their overall services, I wouldn't suggest purchasing anything from the USA website.

Lenskart is a company that I was introduced to while living in India. When I found out that they serve North America through their website, Lenskart.us, I was stoked to give them a try. What I found surprised me, as there was no physical mailing address or customer card number provided - only an email id. Nevertheless, I decided to order prescription glasses from my home in Canada.

To my surprise, I encountered several issues while making my purchase. Despite their “buy one, get one free” promotion, I was charged for both pairs of glasses that I ordered. Additionally, my credit card was hit with international fees that I was not expecting. I was frustrated when I tried to cancel my order, only to find out that there is no provision for cancellations - even if you try to cancel immediately after placing the order. The only option was to return the glasses once they were received.

After eight days, I received a message that my order was finally shipped, with a delivery estimate of nine days. However, after waiting for the entire delivery window, I found myself feeling disappointed and dizzy with anticipation. To add insult to injury, I was hit with an unexpected $50 custom duty fee by the shipping company. This charge came out of nowhere, as there was no mention of it on the website.

All of these factors left me feeling completely swindled by the company. I do not recommend doing business with Lenskart, and I advise others to stay away.

Lenskart.com is not perfect. I have had an issue with a pair of eye glasses that I bought from them. I received a frame that is not best fitting for my face. I have been using this eye glasses for more than 3 months but now they are forcing me to get a refund for the item. I am not happy with the way they are handling the situation. I have shown them the product id of the frame I wanted and it is still available on their website and app. But they are not listening to me. According to their terms and condition, (20) RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY, I can get a refund or exchange process only if the product is returned in good condition. They have a refund policy where they can give me cash or exchange the product for a voucher or if I want, I can swap it for a different product of the same value. No money will be refunded if I want a replacement of a lower value item.

I am still using the glasses and have been trying to contact them for a resolution. But they keep sending me the same old emails without any response to my issue. This is not how you should treat your customers in modern era. They have made it hard for me to get the right product and it is very frustrating. I hope they can improve their customer service and make sure the customer is happy with their product.

Me and my family visited Lenskart.com after an eye exam where a lovely young girl suggested a new pair of glasses. We shelled out a whopping R13000 for them, but later on, we received a call that made us quite upset. The young girl informed us that she had made a mistake, and we needed to choose a different frame for the glasses to be made. Being honest, we did not like any of the frames presented and asked for our money back.

Days later, we went back to the store to get a refund, this is where the real struggle began. Sadly, but, expectedly, the girl and her manager didn't want to do a chargeback to the account. Eventually, I learned that these stores have to pay 18% as a fee to Visa, which made the situation even more complicated. As expected, the manager didn't take this news well and laughed at me when I kindly asked for either a refund to the card or cash. It wasn't our fault, after all.

After spending around 90 minutes on hold to the head office, things didn't seem to get any better as the manager blatantly ignored me and preferred to approach a male friend who had come to the store. This was pretty insulting, to say the least. I've never faced such disrespect in my life. Lenskart.com store should be ashamed of themselves as they brought shame to Indian culture and the entire nation. It's like they tried to cheat us out of R13000 and hid their failure to produce a professional job.

It cost me another R500 on top of 3 hours of my precious time, plus so much anger and frustration, to finally get my money to me. I genuinely warn people to avoid the store at all costs. Their glasses are also not up to good quality standards, and the presentation of their items is quite bland. It's quite evident they lack an adequate understanding of their customers' needs, not to mention a total absence of self-respect or professionalism! The manager at Commercial Street store is a complete joke.

I have been a customer of Lenskart in India and was delighted when I saw Lenskart.us as a company serving in North America.
I was surprised that website has no mailing address and no customer card number but only an email id.
Still ordered prescription glasses from Canada.
Surprise, surprise:
1. Although they say buy one get one free, I ordered 4 glasses of 102, 102, 82, 82 price. I got charged 102+102 rather 102+82.
2. I got international fees charged on my credit card.
3. There is no provision to cancel the order, once you paid even if you try the same minute one places the order.
4. I wrote to customer care to cancel the order through email but gif reply they have no provision to cancel but one can return once glasses are received.
5. After 8 days of order, received the message that order is shipped and will be delivered in 9 days. 9 days after shipping, head spinning.
6. Received the message from shipping company to pay custom duty of $50. Why customer duty and there is no mention on website.

Feeling completely looted by the company.

Lenskart is just ignoring the issue of physical damage done by the wrong frame provided. I am wearing it for more than 3 months and now they are pressurizing me to take a refund for the frame which is not fitting on my face saying that they are not having the appropriate frame for me. As per their instruction, I have already given the product ID selected from their product list which is still available on their website and the mobile app as well.
As per their terms & conditions (20) RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
The refund, return or exchange process will be initiated only after we have received the product/s in the condition as mentioned above.
As stated You could either get a refund of cash or exchange it for a voucher. If this is not applicable, You could exchange the purchased product for a different product of the same value or higher value. No difference will be paid in case the exchange is made for a product of a lower value.
They are not even ready to discuss the damage done by the wrong frame I am still wearing for last 3 and a half months. Every day they send an mail which is almost a copy and paste of their previous mail. This is how they are dealing with customers.

Lenskart.com has terrible support, like seriously the worst. I ordered glasses and it took like a frickin eternity (2 months) to finally arrive. Then, when I finally got them, the prescription was messed up so bad I had to squint just to see anything at all. It was ridiculous! Dealing with customer service was like pulling teeth, or trying to potty train a toddler. It was impossible! I finally gave up and lodged a complaint with PayPal. Let the big boys handle it, ya know? So, I went on this website called Lenskart.com, and I gotta say, it's not looking too good, guys. And let me tell you, it was no easy feat trying to get my money back from these folks. In fact, it's been 11 whole days and I'm still waiting for that refund. It's like pulling teeth!

Lenskart.com is an Indian company that has left me feeling very frustrated. I received numerous phone calls and emails, which initially seemed promising as I thought the staff were trying to ensure my order was correct. However, after all the communication, my final order was completely wrong. I received glasses and frames that I did not even order! I was then forced to contact the customer service team again to have the mistakes corrected, and this process took up a lot of my time and energy.

Now that I have received the glasses I ordered, I am hesitant to believe that they are correct and have doubts about the lenses. I have compared them to a similar pair of glasses that I already own and I can tell that the lenses are not as high quality as I was expecting. In fact, they are cheap lenses instead of the progressive ones that I paid for. I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience and feel that I have wasted my time and money.

As I urgently needed glasses, I had no choice but to wait for them to arrive. However, now that they are finally here, I have to start the process all over again. I am very unhappy with the customer service I received and I hope that I am able to get a refund for this poor experience.
