SmartStyle review: The lady said she knew how to cut my hair the way I wanted it I called her on the phone and she knew nothing about it

I called SmartStyle before I went to get a haircut to ask if they knew how to cut my hair the way I wanted it she says she did and she knew nothing about it once I got there and have a big gap in my hand and I have an interview tomorrow please call me at [protected] or at my email at [protected]@gmail.com
I can't understand why she said she knew how to do a comb-over over the phone and then when I got there she completely ruined it
I have an interview tomorrow and I'm gonna have to go in there looking like this
