I purchased an item at sm online store and paid the said amount now the problem comes when I am about to pick it. First they wont release the item because I have no printout, ok I understand the 2nd time I have a printout but its blurry I thought my printer was defective I asked the person there if I can use their printer n the store but then they won’t allow me, but when I have it printed out in mny printing shopa it all came out blurry because of the color and font the sm online store used! Now the third time I have all the said requirements and yet they wont allow me to take my item home because they cant isue a reciept so I asked if they could issue a manual teceipt and they said no again! I haveto come back at their store make all the necessary adjustment and yet until now they cannot realease my item that I bought and asked me to come back again! Think of the frustration im having right now o have work and can only be availble once or twice a week! They are holding my item that I have already paid for and they are making it difficult for a customer to have an easy transaction with them! The name of the store is sm appliance center at sm east in pasig! Hope you make ctions regarding this
